Dr. Briggs and his staff did an excellent job in keeping a 10 y/o kiddo up to speed on the whole process. Giving updates on exactly what to expect, and in a way that he understood. Our visit was during the COVID pandemic and they took all measures to ensure we were safe.
Very personable team. Dr. Briggs personally called to check on my son that afternoon after the procedure. Also, he personally followed up on the feedback I gave to close the loop. He has since broken his wire twice, and they have always gotten us in quickly to repair it. I would recommend this team.
